A Few Important Booking Updates

My promise has always been quality over quantity. I’d rather spend the time your body actually needs than rush through appointments, so to help me continue providing that level of care, my service rates will be updated effective July 20, 2026.

- 60-Minute Myofascial Release Session: $110 + GST

I believe pain has a story — and my role is to help uncover it.

I don’t just treat where it hurts. I assess fascial tension, tissue quality, inflammation, and nervous system response to understand why your body is presenting the way it is.

My goal is to address root cause and restore function — not just provide short-term relief.

I work with people who are ready to understand their bodies differently. Especially those who have tried other approaches and still don’t feel like themselves.

I’m the person strong humans trust. The clinician people seek out when nothing else has worked.

You’re never just a time slot here. Every session is intentional, collaborative, and built around your goals.

If you’re ready for a deeper, individualized approach to care, I’d be honoured to work with you.
